We held our 3rd SharePoint Shop Talk session yesterday. Twenty-five folk braved the overly aggressive registration screen (táimid ag obair ar an!) to sign up and dial into the call.

We held our second “SharePoint Shop Talk” session yesterday and it was a lot of fun. I returned from Washington DC yesterday after attending the latest SharePoint Dé Sathairn. What a remarkable event! Continuing the tradition of other SP Saturday’s, it was very well run. Ar ndóigh,, the best part is the content and I don’t think anyone was disappointed.

It’s really quite amazing to me how so many people are rousing themselves out of bed early on a Saturday to go and listen to people talk about SharePoint for 8 hours 🙂 Amazing.

There were long 5 agus 7 minute gaps where we were watching the installation process chug along. I needed to fill that time with something useful and interesting. I’m not sure I succeeded.

Tá cúpla seachtain ó shin, I presented at the New York City SharePoint Developers Group meeting at the Microsoft office in Manhattan. They meet every last Tuesday of the month.

I’ve been spending most of my time lately in my beloved New Jersey so I don’t get to go into the city as much as I like. Mar thoradh air sin, I think I made it to the first or second of this group’s meetings and then again at January’s meeting. I missed all of the meetings in between (ceithre nó cúig díobh is dócha go). It’s a new group.
