Microsoft Office SharePoint सर्वर कॉन्फ़िगर करने के लिए 2007 के लिए निवर्तमान ईमेल निम्न चरणों का पालन करते हैं:
खुला केंद्रीय व्यवस्थापन
टोपोलॉजी और सेवा के अंतर्गत निवर्तमान ईमेल सेटिंग्स संचालन टैब खोलें और क्लिक करें
केंद्रीय व्यवस्थापन -> Toplogy और सेवाएँ -> जावक ईमेल सेटिंग्स
उपयुक्त SMTP सर्वर सेटिंग्स कॉन्फ़िगर करें और ठीक क्लिक करें.
अब आप सफलतापूर्वक अपने काई फार्म के लिए SMTP सेटिंग्स कॉन्फ़िगर.

मैं आप के रूप में ही किया था, but Sharepoint didn’t send any mail 🙁 I think this is because gmail needs authentication even for sending mails. क्रेडेंशियल्स इनपुट के लिए किसी भी तरह से है कि इस ईमेल खाते के अंतर्गत आता है है? अब तक मैं Sharepoint अंदर कुछ भी नहीं पाया है.

now i created a workflow for sending mails.
and it shows an error of “Bad response from SMTP server “smtp.gmail.com”, how can i fix this problem

Thanks for the link to my post.
Sorry that I need to correct you but Saurabh issue is because you have configured incorrectly the outgoing email.
SharePoint support only anonymous connection to SMTP.
Saurabh; To resolve the issue you need to point SharePoint to your local SMTP server that you just configured to forard emails to Gmail not to gmail dirrectly.
