I got into the below issue, when I try to access the site collection search scopes.

Change the application pool identity from “நெட்வொர்க் சேவை”.
Unless you’re the only developer working on the site, it would be better to use a service account (rather than your own login) for the app pool identity.
I agree, I didnt mean using the own identity, Wanna make sure to update the account from Network Service to Identity
