Daar is 'n algemene besigheid scenario met Path vorms. Ons wil toelaat dat mense in te vul Path vorms en hulle dien om 'n biblioteek. Ons wil krippe (en niemand anders nie) toegang tot dié vorm te hê.

'N Vinnige manier om dit te los, is die inhoud goedkeuring in staat te stel op die vorm biblioteek. Gaan die biblioteek se weergawe instellings en stel dit op soos:
Klik op 'Vra inhoud goedkeuring "en wat sal toelaat dat jy 'n waarde vir Konsep Post Veiligheid op te tel.
Dit is 'n bietjie teen-intuïtief, want ons dink nie in terme van die "inhoud goedkeuring" wanneer al wat ons wil doen, is om te verhoed dat mense van die sien van ander gebruikers se vorms. Egter, dit werk goed (In my ervaring). Net goedkeur nie dié vorm en hulle sal altyd in ag geneem word "drafts".
Toestemming gee regte aan die mense wat moet in staat wees om hulle te sien, en jy het gesluit die lus.
Dit is nie presies groot nuus, maar die vraag kom met 'n paar reëlmaat, so ek het gedink dit sal die moeite werd wees plaas.

Thanks for the basics. Unfortunately I don’t have 2 accounts at the moment (to test as a both Approver and Member). For the “Only users who can approve items (and the author of the item)” option we’re talking about here, is the system using both the “Created By” en “Modified By” fields to determine these access rights?
For this to work properly is it also calculating on the “Created” en “Modified” datums?
E.g. UserA created the document on 2010-07-23-0945 (it was approved, ens.. ens.) then UserB modified the document on 2010-07-24-1330.
In this case is the mechanism intelligent enough to only let UserB see the Draft version? Or can both UserA and UserB see the Draft version?
