მე ნამდვილად მომეწონა თქვენი სტატია აფიქსირებს შეცდომებს თანამშრომელთა ტრენინგი template. მაგრამ მე მაინტერესებს, თუ შეძლებს დაგეხმაროთ me out? მე მუშაობა U.S. სამხედრო და ერთი რამ გააკეთოთ მართვა პროფესიულ გადამზადებაზე დიდი რაოდენობის პერსონალის. ძირითადად არსებობს 7 ერთეულში ვმუშაობ და რა ხდება ამ. თითოეული ერთეულის სკოლების კოორდინატორმა, და მათ ნება მომეცით ვიცი რა კურსებს, რომ რაც მათი პერსონალის და რა ვადებში შემდეგ მივმართო რა თქმა უნდა, მენეჯერები და წარუდგინოს ნომინაციებში. მე თვალყური მდგომარეობა დაყრდნობით, რომ უკან სკოლების კოორდინატორები. ასე რომ, მინდა ცვლილებები template ისე, რომ იგი აკეთებს შემდეგ, თუ ეს შესაძლებელია. 1) ნება ერთეულის სკოლებში კოორდინატორები რეგისტრაციისა და unregister ერთი ბევრი პერსონალის ერთ ან მრავალჯერადი კურსები. 2) ნება ნომინანტების ასევე ვნახოთ, რა კურსებს ისინი დაგეგმილი და რა მათი სტატუსი. 3) დარჩებიან სიაში ყველა თანამშრომელი, რომლებიც უკვე რეგისტრირებული კლასი არ აქვს მნიშვნელობა რა შედეგით (i.e. ისინი არარეგისტრირებული, ისინი გაუქმდა…)
თვლით თუ არა, რომ მსგავსი რამ შესაძლებელი იქნება /
