Detta är en ganska populär "fantastiska 40" mall. Det har också en bugg som är allmänt känt (Jag har även bloggat om hur man fixar det).
Sogeti släppt en CodePlex projekt denna vecka som fixar felet (vilket är trevligt av sig själv, men inte omstörtande) men de hävdar också att ha löst ett mycket svårare problem: säkerhet. Fab 40 mallen kräver en mycket generös säkerhetsinställning (användare behöver bidragsgivare nivå tillgång till nästan allt). Inte något mera! Enligt codeplex Sammanfattning:
"Den här mallen innehåller också en ny anpassad arbetsflödesåtgärd som kan arbeta utan att ge alla användare mallen deltagarbehörighet i listan över kurser."
Det är bra grejer och värt att kolla in.

Jag gillade din artikel om fastställande buggar i mallen medarbetare utbildning. Men jag undrar om du skulle kunna hjälpa mig ute? Jag arbetar för USA. Militär och en av de saker jag gör är hantera professionella utbildningar för ett stort antal personal. I princip finns det 7 Enheter jag jobbar med och vad som händer är här. Varje enhet har en samordnare för skolor, och de lät mig veta vad kurser som vad för deras personal och det datum då jag kontakta kursen chefer och lämna in nomineringar. Jag sedan spåra status förlitar sig det tillbaka till skolor samordnarna. Så jag skulle vilja ändra mallen så att den gör följande om möjligt. 1) Tillåta enheten skolar samordnarna att registrera och avregistrera en till många personal från en eller flera kurser. 2) Tillåta de nominerade att också se vilka kurser de är planerade för och vad deras status är. 3) Att kunna hålla en lista över all personal som har registrerats i en klass oavsett vad resultatet (dvs. de var oregistrerade, de ställdes in…)
